Job Responsibilities:

• Building and expanding sales distribution networks for a range of disinfectants
• Sustaining and increasing sales in area of responsibility
• Training of sales personnel and providing technical support to clients
• Assesses and designs bio-security programs for farms, feed mills and processing plants
• In charge of designing and production of marketing collaterals
• Concept creation and design implementation for brochures and other print collaterals
• Developing new products
• Analyzing market trends for effective program planning and implementation
• Sales forecasting to complement production planning
• Budget planning
• Key person for organizing and participating in trade shows and seminars
• Author articles and information updates
• Conducting seminars to increase awareness of products to create demand

Job Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Science or a related discipline
• 3-5 years experience in disinfectant sales management
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with influential persons in the industry
• Ability to conduct the lectures and seminars  
• Ability to provide solutions through technical expertise
• Good in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and monitoring
