Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Singapore-based Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, the candidate will join our regional operations in our Asia Pacific region to serve our worldwide customers.  He/she will play key role in identifying and sourcing products for the Zagro Group.  Negotiate price, plan pricing policy and develop annual targets with the Asia Pacific regional offices for the implementation of long term business goals which optimize the profitability, market share and revenue growth of Zagro Group.

Pre-requisites:

·                      Degree in Agriculture/Agrochemicals/ Biochemistry/ Marketing/ Business or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant marketing and export business in the agro chemical manufacturing / trading/ distribution company

·                       Must have strong contacts with China/ worldwide fertilizer suppliers

·                       A sound knowledge of the import and export regulations

·                       Strong business acumen and good negotiations skills

·                       Ability to speak and write English

·                       Willingness to travel both locally and regionally
