The
Zuellig Group in South East Asia traces its origin to the
startup of a business in the Philippines during the early
years of the century by its Swiss founder, the late Dr
Frederick Edward Zuellig. It was in 1939 that his vision
and entrepreneurship led to a decision to open an office
in Singapore.

In
the 1950s, we started out as a division under the
Zuellig Group. It was dramatically transformed after
a major corporate restructure in 1994. |
In
1996, the Zagro Group was formed and brought to public in
the Singapore Stock Exchange, to become one of Asia’s
leading manufacturers and distributors of nutrition and
protection products for animal health and crop care.
With
acquisitions of companies and famous brands along the way,
Zagro’s
reach has tremendously surpassed
the ASEAN and Asian geographical areas, to become global.
