Responsibilities:

As Sales & Marketing Manager of Crop Care in Indonesia, you will be responsible for sales planning/coordination, facilitating full registration process not limiting to following-up with regulatory authorities and taking membership in relevant Crop Care associations, task forces and bodies if deemed necessary. 

While being in-charge of the general management of Zagro Indonesia's operations, you must also possess good communication skills to effectively liaise with distributors and customers and at the same time, build good rapport with them. It is also within your job scope to seek new customers and distributors, take charge of product development and provide regular updates on the market and competitors.
 

Pre-requisites:

- A recognized degree in Science/Chemistry/Agricultural or its equivalent
- 5-10 years of experience in agriculture industry
- Possess excellent contacts of customers and distributors 
- Relevant knowledge of regulatory requirements and import logistics
