Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
|
|
You will spearhead and manage the strategic development and marketing of Zagro's range of products with our subsidiaries in the Asia Pacific region so as to ensure the achievement of business objectives. You will recommend product introductions, execute product launches with the respective country distributors, manage promotional programmes and deliver sales and profit objectives. Other key responsibilities include maintaining strong contacts with suppliers, customers and business associates, strengthening the strategic partnership and contributing to the strategic management of the business.

Pre-requisites:
|
- A recognized degree in Life Science/Chemistry/Agricultural is a MUST. MBA is an added
advantage
- At least 10 years of experience in developing fertilizer business internationally
- Strong knowledge in fertilizer formulation and manufacturing process
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to deliver presentations to customers/business associates effectively
- Able to travel frequently
