Division: Crop Care
- Take full responsibility of sales & marketing activities towards the growth and profit targets set
- Develop, formulate and implement strategic sales and marketing plans and oversee all necessary activities to fulfill strategic objectives
- Develop and monitor KPIs as well as implement corrective actions to achieve business targets
- Constantly improve the business competitive edge
- Degree in Agriculture/ Agrochemicals/ Biochemistry or related disciplines with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the agribusiness
- Must have good contacts and networks with local customers and dealers
- Excellent market analysis with comprehensive and in-depth marketing knowledge and skills
- Excellent sales team management
- Good moral conduct
- Ability to speak and write English
