Zacid 4500 is a powder blend of natural organic acids (Formic, Citric and Sorbic Acid) for animal feed preservation, and dietary and gastrointestinal tract acidification. This product prevents microbial and fungal growth by reducing the pH and buffering capacity of feed raw materials and compound feed. It provides dietary and gut acidification for a more favorable gastrointestinal microflora for better nutrient utilization and absorption. It enhances the palatability and increases feed intake for better feed conversion efficiency and profitability. It also provides highly bioavailable calcium to animals thus, reducing the use of inorganic calcium source in the feed formulation.
