Enrozag 100 is a medicated oral liquid which contains broad spectrum antibiotic from fluoroquinolone group known as Enrofloxacin. It is intended for the treatment of gastro-intestinal, urinary and respiratory infection in poultry.

Enrofloxacin is highly effective against a wide range of gram positive and gram negative bacteria such as Campylobacter, E. coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Salmonella, Shigella, Kliebsella, Staphylococcus, Streptococci and Corynebacterium spp. Its mode of action is by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase thereby preventing DNA synthesis.

Dosage and Administration:

Species / Dosage
Poultry
Mix 1-2 mL per 2 L of drinking water for 3 consecutive days.
In case of Salmonellosis, treatment should be at 5 consecutive days.

Contra indications
– Do not treat animals with known cases of resistance against quinolones
– Do not use in poultry producing eggs for human consumption
– Antagonistic effect may occur upon administration with chloramphenicol, macrolides, lincosamides and tetracycline
– Administration to animals with serious impaired renal and liver function

Withdrawal period
Poultry: 7 days before slaughter

Storage Recommendation:
Stock must be stored in cool and dry place; protected from direct heat and light.
