Composition:

Each kilogram contains:

Tylosin (as phosphate) ....................... 100 g

Calcium carbonate (carrier) ................ q.s.ad

Indications

Poultry: For the treatment of Chronic Respiratory Disease caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum and

Necortic Enteritis caused by Clostridium.

Swine: For the treatment of Lawsonia infection (PPE) and Mycoplasma infections such as Enzootic

Pneumonia and Swine Dysentery.

Dosage & Administration

100g per ton of feed for 5 to 7 days.

Contraindication: Should not be used in laying birds producing eggs for human consumption.

Withdrawal Period: 5 days

Storage Condition

Store at 25-30°C and in the dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep in properly

sealed containers.
