Accountant - South Guildford Perth

Zagro Australia Pty Ltd, a small subsidiary within the Zagro Group of companies, leading manufacturer and distributor of Animal Health and Crop Care products, seeks a reliable, driven, highly competent and dedicated professional to join its team.

Accountant
Base Location: South Guildford, Perth

Job Responsibilities:

• Handles daily operational accounting, office administrative and human resource functions
• Performs month end closing of accounts and prepares financial management reports
• Prepares monthly payroll
• Manages GST reporting and corporate taxation and ensure its compliance with local statutory requirements
• Oversees the Company financial reporting and internal control
• Responsible for monthly financial management reporting to HQ, Singapore
• Undertakes any ad hoc assignments as and when required
• Undertakes any ad hoc projects as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or its equivalent
• Relevant working experience in keeping full set of accounts
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadline
• Familiar with ACCPAC accounting system would be an advantage
