Business Development Manager Division: Crop Nutrition
Initiates business development that are consistent with the Company’s business strategy
Constantly survey the market and identify new business opportunities
Locates or proposes potential new business deals by contacting potential new prospects and exploring opportunities
Develops and executes strategic business plans that meets or exceeds established sales goal and profitability targets
Develops, manages and maintains strong relationships with the new prospects
Other duty includes support in managing marketing projects through trade show and sales activities
Degree in Agriculture/ Agrochemicals/ Biochemistry disciplines
7 years of relevant experience especially in trading or distribution in the agri-business industry
Strong commercial acumen, integrity, good work ethics, strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate in English
Ability to travel around the regions
