We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Logistics Executive to support our logistics and import operations in Sri Lanka.

Logistics Executive
Base Location: Sri Lanka
Employment Type:  Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor import shipments from origin to destination, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Liaise with headquarter logistics team to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, including Import Licenses, Letters of Credit (LC), and other statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and related documentation.
• Support internal teams with logistics information, shipment updates, and documentation requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification; a diploma or higher qualification in Logistics or Shipping Management from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar logistics or shipping role.
• Prior experience handling pesticide or agrochemical shipments will be considered a significant advantage.
• Professional qualifications in Logistics or Supply Chain Management are desirable.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Solid understanding of Import Licensing, LC procedures, and shipping documentation.
