Product Manager
Division: Animal Health (Feed Additive and Nutrition Business)
Base: Bangladesh

Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager, you will have responsibility for the feed additive and nutrition business in the Bangladesh market and will take ownership for the development, implementation, and accountability for sales and operational plans which optimize the profitability, market share and revenue growth. 

The key roles are to proactively manage a diverse range of product categories to achieve sales growth through the execution of various sales and promotional activities, new product development and management, customer and distributor relationship, and providing technical support.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Animal Science/Veterinary Medicine or a related discipline 
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience specifically in feed additive or vitamin/mineral premix industry is a must 
• IT savvy and familiar with social media and e-commerce platform 
• Able to communicate technical issues with effective presentation skills 
• Good customer and distributor contacts. 
• Sales skills and technical knowledge mandatory 
• Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customer
• Ability to speak and write English
• Willingness to travel
