Job Responsibilities:
You will have responsibility for the Agrochemical business in the Uganda market and will take ownership for the development, implementation, and accountability for sales and operational plans which optimize the profitability, market share and revenue growth.
The key roles are to proactively manage a diverse range of product categories to achieve sales growth through the execution of various sales and marketing activities, new product development and management, customer and distributor relationship, providing technical advice and sales support.
