Purchasing Manager
Division: Crop Care
Base Location: China (Flexible)

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Singapore-based Regional Director (Crop Care Division), you will lead sourcing and procurement activities for agrochemical products in China to support global export markets. This includes identifying reliable suppliers and negotiating commercial terms.

You will also play a strategic role in supplier development, cost optimisation, and market intelligence gathering to strengthen the company’s sourcing capabilities and competitiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agrochemicals, Biochemistry, or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in agrochemical manufacturing, trading, or distribution within the agribusiness sector
• Strong network with established agrochemical suppliers and manufacturers in China
• Good understanding of China export regulations and international trade compliance
• Proven track record in negotiation, supplier management, and cost control
• Strong business acumen with the ability to contribute to sourcing strategy
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
• Proficient in spoken and written English

岗位职责：

• 负责中国区农化产品的采购与供应商管理，支持公司全球出口业务
• 开发、筛选并维护优质供应商资源，建立长期稳定合作关系
• 主导商务谈判，包括价格、交期、质量及合同条款等
• 持续推进采购成本优化，提升整体供应链效率
• 收集行业及市场信息，为公司采购及产品策略提供支持
• 协助制定及优化采购策略，提升公司竞争力

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，农业、农化、生物化学或相关专业优先
• 7年以上农化行业经验（生产 / 贸易 / 分销均可）
• 熟悉中国农化供应链，具备成熟的供应商资源者优先
• 熟悉出口流程及相关法规，具备国际贸易经验更佳
• 优秀的谈判能力与成本控制意识，具备商业敏感度
• 具备独立工作能力，执行力强，结果导向
• 良好的英语沟通能力（书面及口头）
