We are now looking for an energetic, driven and highly competent young professional who is passionate and committed to join our growing talent pool and make a difference to the success and future of our Group.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for growth of sales & profitability of the animal health division
• Planning, marketing and doing sales of Zagro range of animal health products
• Overseeing daily marketing operations and activities, achieving sales targets
• Build & manage relationships with key customers and distributors
• Lead and manage a team of sales staff
• Work with management to develop strategic sales and marketing plan that will drive growth of the animal health business
• Implement and manage Headquarter office initiatives, tasks, and projects for the Malaysia market
• Conduct feasibility related study for new products
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinarian / Animal Science or related fields
• 5 years of sales and marketing experience in animal health industry
• Strong business acumen
• Good leadership and proactive
• A team player with a positive mindset
• Integrity and good work ethics
