Sales & Marketing Manager
Division: Aquaculture
Base Location: Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop sales to achieve business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Promote and position aquaculture products effectively in the market.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Background in the aquaculture industry.
• Strong knowledge of specialty and commodity products for aquaculture (experience in commodity/chemical products is an advantage).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in aquaculture product sales.
• Established relationships with local dealers and farmers.
• Understanding of government regulations and registration procedures related to aquaculture.
