Senior Accounts Assistant

Strong in heritage and very experienced in providing Agrisolutions to farmers in agriculture and animal husbandry, it manufactures and distributes a wide range of nutrition and protection products for crop care and animal health.

Senior Accounts Assistant
Base Location: Malaysia

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full set accounting for small companies.
• Performs AP/AR functions such as posting of sales/supplier invoices, processing of payments/receipts etc.
• Performs monthly closing and prepare management reports, bank reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Manages GST reporting, corporate taxation, statutory audit to ensure its compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Provides assistance and administrative support to finance department.
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in keeping full set of accounts.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadline.
• Familiar with ACCPAC accounting system would be an advantage.
