Supply Chain Manager
Division: Crop Care
Base: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies 
• Set targets for lead times, inventory levels, logistics and supply chain costs and monitor the performance 
• Work closely with Sales and Production to ensure  supply plan meets sales requirements
• Manage and control excess and obsolete stocks
• Assess gaps in capabilities and performance and guide the business to meet current and future challenges

Requirements:

• Must possess a Degree in Supply Chain or related disciplines 
• At least 5 years working experience in supply chain management or procurement
• Good commercial acumen and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
